Performances

Be ready and confident for your performance:

1. Know when you PERFORM . (Log-into the registration system)
   a. View the complete festival week performance schedule here. *NOTE - the performance order is subject to change, and there may be editing errors*
   b. View an overview of the times of each discipline (called Festival at a Glance here)

2. Review the rules and discipline headings, in the syllabus, to ensure you have everything you need.

3. Take a look at the interactive brochure for performers (look for the guide for what to wear and physical music preparations) and audience members.

Arriving at Festival Place or Emerald Hills Leisure Centre:

1. Arrive for your performance block time 15 minutes early.

2. Parking:
   a. Festival Place parking is free. Additional parking at the County building parkade, and the Sherwood Park Arena (Randy Rosen Rink).
   b. Emerald Hills parking is free, and license plates must be registered upon arrival. Em Hills Parking map 

3. Know where the performance rooms are:
   a. map of Festival Place
   b. map  of Emerald Hills Leisure Centre (2nd floor) 

4. Admission fees to the Festival are to be paid at the admissions table in the lobby. Volunteers will be seated at the table, directly in front of the main doors.
   a. Payment is accepted by debit/credit card and digital wallets through "Square*" *$2.00 processing fee applies*  As well as by cash.
   b. Printed Programs are available for purchase $10.00 at the admissions table.
   c. 50/50 raffle tickets are being sold at the admissions table.
   *NOTE - As a not-for-profit organization, run by volunteers, all sales at the admission table fund the festival*
